The vineyard is where it all starts, the place where the main characteristics of every wine are defined.
Our vineyards are an average of 25 years old and are located near Erbusco, at an altitude of between 200 and 280 metres above sea level.
The vines are trained using the guyot system and the varieties we grow are Chardonnay and Pinot Nero.
Conventional farming methods used, with a low environmental impact, meaning that no pesticides or weedkillers are used.
The only fertilisers used are exclusively organic, and any deficiencies in the soil are constantly monitored by means of laboratory tests.
Our knowledge of our vineyards and their microclimates makes every vintage a fresh excitement, as each year we make a wine which will not necessarily resemble the one made the previous year.
